CCHC Project Agreements
The Project Agreement (PA) is the binding contract between NHS Forth Valley Board and ROBERTSON HEALTH (CLACKMANNANSHIRE) LIMITED. The Project Agreement, modified to reflect project-specific matters, is based on the standard form for NHS Project Agreements as issued by the Scottish Government Health Directorate (SGHD). Any derogation (changes) from the standard form is agreed with SGHD prior to Financial Close.
