How to Register

Are you working with people across Forth Valley? If so you can access a range of FREE condoms.

A wide range of clients currently access the service from Youth Workers, Voluntary Workers, School Nurses, Health Visitors, GPs, University Students Union Associations and many more.

To register as an approved user of the service, which enables you to obtain condoms please contact:

Condoms by post for Gay and Bisexual Men

FREE CONDOMS AND LUBRICANT FOR GAY AND BISEXUAL MEN: BY POST TO YOUR DOOR

Gay and Bisexual Men who live in a rural area, or have difficulty getting condoms for whatever reason can order them for FREE by visiting the Healthy Gay Scotland! website. This is a confidential service and condoms are delivered discreetly in plain, unmarked envelopes.

Healthy Gay Scotland! is an initiative of HIV Scotland and is funded by the Scottish Executive.

Products: Update

The Condom scheme continues to offer a wide range of condoms including the female condom. We now provide the non latex 'Unique' condom which is highly sensitive, hypo allergenic and comes in discreet 'credit card style' packaging. In addition to condoms, clients can receive latex compatible lubricants and a variety of flavoured and non flavoured dams. Posters advertising free condoms to the general public are also available from the department.

Condom Skills Training

The Sexual Health Team offer Condom Skills Training to assist those involved in sexual health promotion/condom distribution work to develop their confidence and skills around condoms.  In this interactive training, participants receive information and demonstrations on the correct use of condoms and other products in the range.  They will also find out about what is currently available to them through the Health Promotion Department condom distribution scheme, including any new products.  This session goes on to explore the barriers to condom use, and how we can help people to overcome there barriers.
