You're Pregnant! Would you like to know more about breastfeeding? This leaflet is needed to raise awareness of the project and to promote the benefits of breastfeeding for both mothers and babies. Target audience expectant mothers, these will be distributed via breastfeeding workshops, health visitors, midwives and long term we hope to incorporate them as part of the mothers notes at the booking procedure. |

How to Run Your Own Workplace Weight Management Programme This workplace weight management programme has been designed to support workplaces who wish to run a weight management course for their staff. It aims to give those facilitating the course, whether they have a healthcare background or not, the confidence to plan and deliver weight management sessions within their workplace. The pack provides some basic nutritional information and includes an 8 week session planner, which offers the facilitators of the course a step by step outline for each week of the course.

This report "Its Vital I Learn by Doing" is an evaluation of a staff development programme for the planning and delivery of personal, social and health education (PSHE). In this particular programme INTER-ACT supported staff in Clackmannanshire schools to build their confidence and skills in using interactive drama and role play techniques while delivering the PSHE programme. These skills are also transferable to other areas of the curriculum. |

Obstetric Emergency Drills NHS Forth Valley - Poster Presentation. The poster was designed for a national clinical governance conference, facing challenges - sharing solutions. Abstracts were invited to share good practice in reducing risk and solutions developed.

Snacks Ideas for the under 5's is a resource for Early years establishments to use when working in partnership with parents or guardians on food issues. Snack Ideas for the Under 5's is a 14-page information leaflet produced to provide parents and carers of young children with suggestions on healthy snacks and drinks. This colourful little leaflet is in a question and answer format with answers on commonly asked questions from parents, guardians or carers of young children. Advice is given on the following topics: why snacks are important, what is a healthy snack, how to encourage healthy snacks and drinks and snack ideas suitable for a young child with a milk allergy or intolerance.
