HIRS Manager - The role of the HIRS Manager is to work at a strategic level across all 3 local authority areas to ensure that health improvement information and resources is a priority in all settings. The HIRS Manager has line management responsibility for the Health Information & Resources Service. |

| Library Services Officer - The role of the Library Services Officer is to ensure access to in-house library services and to respond effectively to client enquiries. This includes the registration and administration of client transactions, raising awareness of new resources and materials, and attending events to promote the library service. |

| Assistant Library Services Officer - The Assistant Library Services Officer (ALSO) reflects the tasks and objectives that are undertaken by the LSO above. In addition, the ALSO prepares and administers the User materials orders and ensures that stock levels are maintained. |

| Publications Design Services Officer - The Role of the Publications Design Services Officer is to produce creative designs for a range of publications generated by colleagues within the department or its partners. The technical construction and analyses of survey questionnaires is also provided. |
