Services We Provide

For problems or routine servicing, the audiology departments at both Falkirk and Stirling Royal Infirmaries have a drop in clinic. No appointment is required. This clinic operates every weekday:

Monday - Friday from 1pm until 4pm.

You should attend this clinic in the first instance as we can usually resolve most difficulties without the need for a further appointment.
If you are unable to attend in person, your hearing aid can be brought in by someone else or you can send it in by post. Please remember to include your record book.

Batteries are available by post only.

Give your batteries an even longer life. A new household battery recycling service is being launched in the Falkirk Council area.
To find out more please visit www.waste aware scotland.org.uk or download the following information leaflet: Battery Recycling Locations

If you don't have a hearing aid and would like to be assessed for one, visit your GP who can refer you directly to the Audiology Department or via the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Department.
