Scottish Health Council Forth Valley

The Scottish Health Council is a new body set up by the Scottish Executive to ensure that the views of patients and the public are properly taken into account by Health Boards. We are independent from Health Boards and will be able to comment honestly on how well they involve people in decisions about their care and services.

Central Scotland Safety Camera Partnership

Launched in April 2006, Central Scotland Safety Camera Partnership aims to help raise public awareness of the issues and dangers of inappropriate speed and to make speeding as socially unacceptable as drink driving.

The Central Scotland Safety Camera Partnership is made up of Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council, Stirling Council, Central Scotland Police, the Scottish Executive, Area Procurator Fiscal and Clackmannan, Falkirk and Stirling District Courts. Supporting Partners are Forth Valley NHS Board, the Scottish Ambulance Service and Central Scotland Fire and Rescue Service.
