In order to take forward a strategic approach to ethnic minority health within Forth Valley, the Fair For All Development Group was formed in October 2002 and has and has met regularly since.
As well as involving members of staff from within NHS Forth Valley, this Group includes volunteer advisers from the local ethnic minority communities, local authority colleagues, Central Scotland Police and the Local Health Council.
The role of the Group is to develop a local implementation plan with a mechanism for performance managing delivery in partnership with local people from ethnic minority backgrounds.
