Community Health Partnerships
Community Health Partnerships (CHPs) were set up by NHS Boards in Scotland in 2005 to involve the public, voluntary organisations, local authorities and health services in securing a healthier future for local communities.
In Forth Valley we have three CHPs, Falkirk, Stirling and Clackmannanshire.
