Mr Tom Hart is a Registered Nurse for learning disabilities and has worked in Forth Valley for 34 years.Tom joined the trade union COHSE - the Confederation of Health Service Employees - in 1972 and over the years undertook various roles. When UNISON came into being in 1994, he was elected Branch Secretary of what was then the Primary Care branch.
