Biography
Currently Depute Leader of Stirling Council and Executive Portfolio holder for Corporate Resources and the Economy. Councillor Farmer also holds Directorships with Stirling Development Agency and Stirling University Innovation Park Ltd. Scott is also Convener of the Economic Strategy Group and Strategic Corporate Asset Management Group and is also involved in various Council Committees.
Cllr Scott Farmer was elected by election in March 2006 representing Ward 5 Stirling West.
Scott was educated at Newbattle Abbey College Dalkeith and graduated from the University of Stirling in Politics, Philosophy, Business Law and Economics.
