Mrs Marlene Anderson is an economics graduate. Her career was in Personnel Management - mostly in Local Government. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.Mrs Anderson was a volunteer at the planning stage and worked for five years as the Administrator of Strathcarron Hospice. She is an Independent Member of the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board and a member of the Scottish Local Authority Remuneration Committee.
Mrs Anderson was appointed as Chairman of the Primary Care Operating Division in May 2004 and as Chair of the Falkirk Community Health Partnership in May 2005.
