Biography
Mrs Helen Kelly started in the NHS in 1982, having graduated from University. She worked in Greater Glasgow Health Board at Board, Trust and hospital level in a variety of Human Resources (HR) posts before coming to NHS Forth Valley in 1997, as HR Director with the Primary Care Trust.
Mrs Kelly was appointed Director of Human Resources in April 2006, and is responsible for the Human Resources function within Forth Valley NHS Board.
