Biography
Mrs Fiona Ramsay joined the NHS in 1984 as a national finance trainee based in Lanarkshire Health Board. On completion of her training she joined Forth Valley Health Board as a capital accountant. Following experience in a number of finance roles, she became Acting Director of Finance from May 1993 until appointment as Director of Finance in June 1994.
