As part of our savings plan, NHS Forth Valley plans to maximise the use of existing accommodation and facilities across Forth Valley, including those on the Falkirk Community Hospital site. As a result, although there will be no changes to the range of health services which are currently delivered locally in Falkirk, these will be delivered from existing buildings and accommodation on an interim basis. A programme of demolition works is also underway to take down a number of buildings across the site which are no longer required for future healthcare needs.
