Maternity Triage

If you have any questions about your pregnancy or if you think that you may be in labour:

Visiting:3pm to 4:30pm and 6.30pm to 8pm

Ward 7 - Labour Ward

If you are enquiring about a close relative who is in labour:

Visiting:
Visiting is not allowed during labour, only the two named birth partners will be given access to Ward 7.

At present, one birth partner is encouraged to be with each labouring woman at any one time. A second birth partner can relieve the first one if a break is required.

Ward 8 - Antenatal/Postnatal Ward

If you are enquiring about a relative or friend who is in the ward:

Visiting Times:Birth partners -  2pm to 8pm
All other visitors - 3pm to 4pm and 7pm to 8pm

Neonatal Unit - parents and direct siblings anytime, only 2 per cot space.

Children's Ward

Visiting:10am to 7pm, 2 per bed (unless resident parent or carer)
