Most Dermatology outpatient appointments take place in Stirling Community Hospital, mainly in the dedicated Dermatology Centre or at Forth Valley Royal in the Outpatients Area 5.
In order to improve access to our Dermatology clinics, we also hold clinics in Alloa Health Centre, Balfron Clinic, Callander Health Centre and Park View Practice, Stenhousemuir.
The Dermatology Centre at Stirling Community Hospital is situated at the old Ward 2 site.
To find us, if you are coming in the Queen Elizabeth Wing entrance, you should walk through the shopping area, turn right, past the Conference Centre, then along the corridor, past the Chapel, and turn right. You will pass the 'tunnel' with the clear plastic doors on your left, and
the new Dermatology Centre is situated slightly further up the corridor on your left hand side.
Forth Valley Dermatology services are currently undergoing some changes. The purpose of these changes is to provide a quality service, in the quickest time, in the most appropriate location, offering choice where we can. You may already have confirmed your appointment through the patient focussed booking system. This allows you to telephone the appointment booking centre to arrange a suitable time for your appointment.

Reception
Referrals should be made via your GP to a Consultant Dermatologist at Stirling Community Hospital. The Dermatologists will then decide whether they consider the appointment to be urgent, soon or routine, and then they will forward the appointment letter to Patient Focus Booking, and an appointment will be arranged to suit you (see 'Services' above).
