Mental Health First Aid Events

Mental Health First Aid is designed to assist someone before professional help is obtained. Its aim is to preserve life, prevent a problem getting worse, promote recovery of good mental health and provide comfort.

Big Heart Cycle

Take part in Scotland's first ever inter-heart town event by cycling 30 miles along the Forth and Clyde canal from Paisley to the Falkirk wheel on Sunday 27th May 2012

NHS Health Information Service roadshow events

NHS 24's Health Information Service (HIS) are taking part in a series of shopping centre roadshows across Scotland over the summer. The aim is to raise awareness of the services and Health Information Services staff from NHS 24 will be on hand during the events to provide information and answer any questions you may have.
