The new hospital has a wide range of services and facilities to make your stay or visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These include a restaurant with panoramic views, a Starbucks coffee shop and a WH Smith in the main entrance area and a WRVS café located in the front of the mental health building.

Other facilities include a patient information area with internet access, a volunteer office, Radio Royal and a spiritual care centre.

Anyone admitted for treatment will be cared for in either a spacious single room or a four- bedded ward with en-suite bathrooms. There are also free personal TV screens at every bedside and hospital meals which are freshly prepared on-site each day.

Large windows have been installed throughout the hospital to let in as much natural light as possible and take advantage of the spectacular views across to the Forth Bridges, the Lomond Hills and the Ochils.

Within the grounds there are woodland walks, ponds, landscaped courtyards and a visitor garden to help you enjoy the hospital's stunning and unique surroundings.

The WRVS have opened a new cafe at the Mental Health Unit, which is open to all staff, patients and visitors.
