NHS Forth Valley – Annual Review
Tuesday 18th September 2012 – All Welcome

The Annual Review of our performance during 2011/12 will place on Tuesday 18th September 2012 in the Lecture Theatre at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert at 1.45pm.

Poster displays highlighting recent service developments and achievements will be available to view in the Learning Centre on the third floor from 1.30pm. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the review, although it will not be possible to answer questions on patient-specific issues.

If you would like to attend it would helpful if you could let us know by 11th September and advise us of any special requirements.
