Forth Valley Giving is here to assist anyone wishing to undertake fundraising and there are many ways in which you can become involved. Listed below are a range of fundraising ideas to get you started:

Forth Valley Giving Sweepstake

Download the Forth Valley Giving Sweepstake Poster for use at your workplace or at home. Half the money goes to the winner with the other half donated to Forth Valley Giving.

Sponsored Walk/Run

Invite friends and families to sponsor you to take part in a run, walk or cycle race. Getting involved in a sponsored run, walk or cycle race can not only be personally rewarding but can also improve your fitness. Official Forth Valley Giving Sponsor forms are available on request.

Karaoke

Belt out those ABBA numbers for Forth Valley Giving. Hold a karaoke contest in your home or local pub or club. Invite your friends to pay to compete and sell tickets for people to watch.

Quiz Night

Hold a quiz night at your local pub, workplace or even at home.

Fundraising events held on private premises where the net proceeds are donated to Forth Valley Giving do not require our approval. Where an individual or organisation wishes to directly associate any form of fundraising with Forth Valley Giving, approval should be sought using the 'External Application Form' below.  NHS Forth Valley Staff should use the 'Internal Application Form.'
